Yuko Adachi

As the Japan Director, Yuko Adachi is responsible for developing and strengthening Japanese relationships, driving the deep understanding of Japanese companies’ technology initiatives and interests, assisting US companies in better understanding the Japanese market, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of events and programs in Japan.

Before joining SVJP, Yuko was an analyst at Gartner, a global IT research and advisory firm, where she provided recommendations on talent management and organizational culture changes in digital transformation. She also served as a leader in this area from 2019 to 2022, responsible for global content planning and quality control. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Tsuda College and a B.A. in Economics from Keio University, and a Master of Arts in Humanities from the University of Chicago.
